ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
1. Slide the supplied mounting brackets onto the U-profiles.
2. Adjust the brackets to match the position of the slotted holes on the back of the BoxenBuddy and lightly tighten the screws using the supplied wrench.
3. Mount the BoxenBuddy onto the bolts of the U-profiles and securely tighten all fasteners.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does BoxenBuddy fit every horse stall?
BoxenBuddy has been designed to fit most common horse stalls and can be easily attached or hung using the supplied mounting brackets. The brackets have an internal width of 52 mm and are designed to fit over the U-profiles of stall doors (see installation photos). As stall systems vary in design, we recommend comparing the dimensions with your on-site setup before purchasing.
Is installation difficult?
Nein, die Montage ist einfach und in wenigen Minuten erledigt. Für die Befestigung werden lediglich die mitgelieferten Winkel an der Pferdebox montiert. Ein Maulschlüssel für die M6- und M8-Hutmuttern der Winkel sowie für die Hutmuttern der zusätzlichen Haltestange wird ebenfalls mitgeliefert. Es wird daher kein Spezialwerkzeug benötigt.
Is BoxenBuddy rustproof?
Our BoxenBuddy is manufactured from high-quality magnetic stainless steel 1.4016. This material offers excellent corrosion resistance and is ideally suited for demanding stable environments. However, prolonged exposure to water, standing moisture or aggressive environmental conditions may cause signs of corrosion over time. To maintain its appearance and durability, we recommend protecting the BoxenBuddy from rain and prolonged wet conditions.
